Yacht Budget is designed to support the full operational lifecycle of yacht management, including but not limited to:

• Managing crew and fleet
• Handling suppliers and charters
• Recording and reviewing expenses
• Monitoring banking activity and operational data

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

To access full functionality, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

We collect and process user data (such as name, company, email, phone number, address, and payment information) in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU and theCalifornia Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the USA.

You agree not to:

• the laws of the United States of America, for users located in the U.S.;
• and, for users located in the European Union, by applicable laws of the EU or the member state in which the user resides.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the respective jurisdiction.
