This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) andYacht Budget, a company registered in the United States, governing your use of theYacht Budget mobile application (“App”).

Yacht Budget grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for managing yacht-related operations, subject to this Agreement.

You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or to manage activities outside its intended use.

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content remain the exclusive property ofYacht Budget. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to you.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Yacht Budget complies with applicable data protection laws, includingGDPR (EU) and CCPA (California, USA).

We may update the App or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or revoke your access to the App at any time for violation of terms or misuse.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Yacht Budget makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or accuracy of information.

To the extent permitted by law, Yacht Budget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
